In the second half of the year, The Charity Ball of Prince Albert II was held at the Principality of Garnier Casino de Monte-Carlo in Monaco. The Ball aimed to raise funds to preserve biodiversity and water resources, as well as to fight climate change. In honour of this event, a massive tent with a transparent roof and 3D effects were installed, where all guests could see the fabulous ocean and its inhabitants. There was an ambience of complete luxury. Among guests of The Charity Ball were worldwide known celebrities as Leonardo DiCaprio, Madonna, Martin Scorsese, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Uma Thurman, Nelly Furtado, Jacob Arabo, Adrien Brody, Andry Garcia, Kevin Spacey, Robin Tick, Joe Pesci, Tobey Maguire, Chloe Green and Terry Tamminen and others. Guests had an opportunity to purchase some fascinating lots of jewellery and antique collections. The most significant lot was an incredible chance to participate in a movie with Leonardo DiCaprio! Among the Russian celebrities, there was the well-known philanthropist and founder of the Madonna Lily charity foundation Emilia Kazandjian, who also took part in the auction and the purchase of expensive lots. As a result, this incredible and unforgettable evening collected €14 million.
